Thanks to our incredible construction crew, the new cook space in Martin City is close to becoming an operational reality. It’s hard to believe, but the new kitchen will be ready for its full-build out in just two short weeks. In short: It’s an exciting time for our team in Martin City!

That said, in an effort to provide the best possible experience for our guests, we’ve made the tough decision to close our Martin City restaurant for two weeks during the build-out of the new kitchen space. Beginning on Monday, February 24th – Jack Stack in Martin City will be closed for construction. We will re-open for business on Monday, March 9th during regular business hours.

Of course, we’ll be providing our guests with updates on social media (and on this blog) during that time! Until then, check out this video of Travis Carpenter, Jack Stack’s Chief Operating Officer, walking us through the new kitchen development in Martin City!:
